Report on the execution of the finance law for the year 2020
In accordance with the provisions of articles 147 and 148 of the Constitution, Court of Auditis responsible for ensuring the superior control of the execution of the finance laws. It assists the Parliament in the areas of public finance control and answers questions and consultations related to the functions of legislation, control and evaluation, exercised by the Parliament and related to public finances.
Similarly, article 66 of the organic law of the finance law n°130-13 stipulates that the settlement bill must be accompanied by a report of the Court of Auditon the execution of the finance law and the general declaration of conformity between the individual accounts of the accountants and the general account of the Kingdom.
In this context, the Court of Audithas prepared a report on the execution of the finance law for the year 2020 and has communicated it to the Parliament.
