Assistance to Parliament and Government

Assistance to parliament: With regard to Parliament, the Court may satisfy the request for precision that the Presidents of both Houses of Parliament could submit to it, while examining the Report on the Execution of Finance Law and the General Conformity Statement; such report and statement accompany the regulation draft law when it is submitted by the Government to one of the Houses of Parliament.

Assistance to the Government: With regard to the Government, the Court may include in its programs, upon the request of the Prime Minister, missions of public project evaluation and management audit of one of the organisms under its jurisdictional authority.
