Assistance to Parliament, Government and courts
Assistance to parliament : The Court of Auditors assists Parliament in terms of public finance control. It responds to questions and consultations relating to the functions of legislation, control and evaluation, exercised by Parliament and relating to public finances.
Assistance to the Government : The Court of Auditors assists the government in the areas within its competence by virtue of the law. It may include in its programs, at the request of the Head of Government, evaluation missions of public projects and management control of one of the bodies subject to its control.
Assistance to legal proceedings : The Court of Auditors provides assistance to legal proceedings.
