Work Visit by a Delegation from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) to the Court of Accounts

As part of the first-ever implementation of the “Food for Progress” program in the Kingdom of Morocco, Ms. Zineb El Adaoui, First President of the Court of Accounts, received on April 3, 2026, an American delegation from the USDA, comprising Ms. Jessica Mudjitaba Fernandez, Program Manager at the USDA Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS), Mr. Benjamin Rau, Agricultural Attaché at the Office of Agricultural Affairs (OAA) of the American Embassy in Rabat, and Mr. Mohamed Fardaoussi, Agricultural Specialist at the OAA in Rabat.

This exchange with the USDA delegation, in which a team from the Court of Accounts participated, focused on the oversight and evaluation mandates exercised by financial jurisdictions over the agricultural sector, particularly slaughterhouses and cold chain infrastructure, which are among the priorities of the aforementioned program.
