Signing Ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Netherlands’ Court of Audit and the Court of Accounts of the Kingdom of Morocco

On the 16th of November 2016, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by Mr. Driss Jettou, First President of the Court of Accounts of the Kingdom of Morocco, and Mr. Kees Vendrik, Vice-president of Netherlands Court of Audit. The purpose of this MoU is to establish the framework of a multiannual strategic cooperation project between both institutions through funding from the Netherlands’ Ministry of Foreign Affairs within the broader Sharaka Programme.

Under this MoU, the cooperation partners will actively work to further enhance the role of the Financial Jurisdictions in promoting transparency, accountability and good governance in the management of public funds.
